Liked: This hotel is only hungry for take any money and not give a good service to customers

Fine for the money but...

Liked: Pretty clean. The suite was comfortable. Nice chair and couch, table and chairs if you have any work to do. Big rooms.
Disliked: Facility was fine and no problems with it. High pressure push from front office to try and get us to listen to the pitch for a time share for which we had no interest. Very nice but didn't answer our other questions because of her constant pitch. Bed was very soft (fine), pillows were terrible. Huge. Almost not usable except as a back rest. That was our real problem. Other than that the stay was fine. No breakfast anywhere near the hotel was also a bit of a glitch.

If you are looking for...

Liked: Quiet! Just far enough away from the congestion of the theme parks but still a short drive. The room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were as listed. The kitchen was stocked with all serving utensils and dishes, along with pots and pans for food prep. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver for our family!
Disliked: There is not much to complain about! This is just personal preference but having more for little kids to do in the pool area. Our youngest was almost too old for the kids pool but not quite tall enough for the adult pool.

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing ! Between the front desk lady , to the other staff that chimed in with my questions , amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional!
Disliked: I absolutely loved everything about this place , highly recommended!
