It was ok.

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: Checking in and checking out took forever, the pool needs upgrading and it's really too cold. I also lost something and was told I would get an email about a lost item to fill something out, I didn't receive it so now I have to call tomorrow to see if it was found.

Another relaxing visit

Liked: I have stayed here during the offseason so it’s usually quiet. I have stayed in the villas and the standard rooms and enjoyed both. Staff is great and always plenty of activities on the calendar.
Disliked: I love the villas because they are on one floor. But if on the first floor, and people above, it can be noisy.

Great family friendly option close...

Liked: This place is about as good a value as you can find in the Berkshires for what you get. I liked the pool, arcade and movie theater for my kids.
Disliked: I didn't like that the room we were in was pretty far from the activities and on third floor, it's hard to get ski gear up and down. Also, we were there during an ice storm and the big hill up to our room was not cleared well enough (or fast enough).
