Liked: It was in walking distance of bourbon street. The studio room was clean comfortable
Disliked: It could get quite noisy at night

Liked: Spacious room with a good amount of amenities, full kitchen and all. Although we didn't need it. I liked that we were within walking distance from everything we wanted to do
Disliked: Charged $115 for incidentals. Didn't use anything so not sure if that is refundable

Liked: Location and staff: 10 out of 10. Valet parking is incredibly convenient, especially given the downtown location. The staff were attentive and welcoming—I can't say enough good things about their kindness and courtesy. The room space and amenities were also great.
Disliked: Issues with room maintenance: Ants were present in the room, and there was a significant dishwasher leak.Unsolicited time-share presentation: It is unclear how we were designated as "VIP members" or persuaded to attend. The experience was extremely pushy and a waste of time, and the presentation staff continuously disregarded our refusals and the apparent looks on our faces. It was all very much "used car salesman," especially the attempted hook at the end. Misleading information: Claims of exclusive member-only access to the hotel are false. All IHG properties are available through various booking platforms, both direct and third-party.Advice: Research thoroughly before committing to any offers!

Liked: Great location. Just close enough but far enough away from Bourbon street to be away from the revellers.Room was great and had lots of space, storage and amenities.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little small considering the size of the room.

Liked: Location was perfect. Kitchen was spacious, beds were comfy & hotel/valet staff was super friendly. Not pushy about time share.
Disliked: Showers needed more of a door, water sprayed out. The table was small and chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and sized for a small person/child.
