Liked: Location, full kitchen equipment, comfortable valet parking, modern room
Disliked: expensive - parking fee came even on top, very dirty room windows from the outside, flashing bath light, transition from hallway to room was broken (not a pretty sight)

Comfortable, great location, friendly staff

Liked: Great 1-bedroom suite with amazing view. Excellent location, walking distance to many key NOLA attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice full kitchen and living room with sofa bed for the snoring spouse to sleep on.
Disliked: Pullout couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Check out time was 10am which was not communicated very well. We assumed 11am, like every other hotel I've ever stayed at. So that should have been communicated better.

Amazing!! Valet was amazing too!

Liked: Perfect location. A little sketchy people hanging on the corner on the way to bourbon all day everyday but they never bothered us. Also called down the front to get extra towels and they never brought them. The game console we had in our VIP penthouse room didn’t work and they had no idea how to fix it!
