Nice Overnight Stay in a...

Liked: Room was spacious, beds super comfortable. Thought decor of rooms were great. Staff was fabulous at the front desk. Pantry had all the items and more! Bar was ok. Didn't eat there but menu looked pleasant.
Disliked: Bathrooms needs a little updating, alot of the common spaces could use some refresh. Pool building looks in despair, not inviting and quite a far distance from the main lodge. Please be mindful you are a distance from most ammenities, come prepared. No restaurants within 7-10 miles.

Liked: Liked the free coffee, popcorn at the movie, the facilities for kids. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing was noise from the floor above late in the evening. The pool locker room didn’t have a hair dryer. We were not sure what to do with our damp towels.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. The building location was good and the size of the room was great. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot. I liked the view from our room/balcony. The pool was ok, a little old, but it is heated so that was good. There is a small park for kids and outdoor activities but it was snowing while we were there and were not able to use them. Went to Okemo mountain to snowboard in February during weekdays and it was nice and empty. Almost no line for the lifts. Great place.
Disliked: The dishwasher in the room was really bad. It did not clean the plates at all so we washed the dishes by hand which is ok. The room was really outdated and the carpet was dirty. The carpet was old dirty, like no matter how much you vacuum it, it would not be clean. The shower heads spray was not the best but it wasn't the worst either. The carpet all over the building looked old. There was trash behind a makeshift wall divider where I guess the cleaning crew would put the laundry and trash bags. It just looked bad, maybe keep that out of the guests view.

Disliked: First of all, I paid fully $505 on booking.com for two nights. When I registered at the front desk, the girl told me there was a $27 something registration fee. I told her to double check because I paid online already. Then she apologized saying I was right, the registration fee was included. Then, I asked her a few questions about facilities, she didn’t know the answers and had us wait until the other girl finished with her guests. The day I checked out, they charged me that $27 something registration fee and $14 from the same company for no reason. I called the hotel, a guy whoever picked up the phone saying yes they charged me the registration fee and no record showing they charged me $14. Before I forgot, I also saw them leave clean towels in a filthy van.
