Great hotel and a stone's throw from the Sphere. U2 rocks!

I wouldn't stay again because...

Liked: I like the view of the sphere and also close by to many of the main attractions.
Disliked: I didn't like arriving and was told that the room I reserved wasn't available. I was thrown into a downgrade and that room was a handicap room.For what I paid they knocked off some of the total, I'll give them that,but out of all the guests they give my room away

Liked: Provided cart shuttle service to/from unit.Close proximity to the Sphere.
Disliked: -dirty, not maintained, debris on floors- bright blue pill on floor (good thing family w/children not assigned to room)-clogged sink master bath- noisy - all night heavy walking above - poor soundproofing- asked for view of sphere - got view of trash receptacles - filthy guest bath , no hook for towels exiting shower

Disliked: Hard sell at the get go for vacation property, place was dated and not very clean. We were given $30 per day per couple for breakfast in a mediocre restaurant which charged ala carte for everything. A glass of ok was $5. We also had to wait 90 minutes for a table. We had to pay extra for housekeeping, garbage pickup and towels. They nickel and dimed you for everything!

Liked: the 2 bed 6 sleeper we had was a good size, it was however not up to the same standards as on a previous visit. There was a huge cobweb in the corner of the main bedroom, the bath plug was a struggle to use, there was no plug for the kitchen sink.
