Liked: Had a great view of the sphere. It was a great place to stay . Had everything you need from a private washer and dryer. Full kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony.

Don't bother buying a timeshare...

Liked: Front desk people were really bad and quite rude.

the hot water issue needs...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent — I specifically chose it because of its proximity to the Sphere. However, some of the Tesla chargers on the property weren’t working, which was a bit inconvenient.The staff was great, and our room was lovely! We intentionally booked a room with a large bathtub, as our child enjoys a bath before bed. So it was a huge disappointment when the hot water ran out just 10 minutes in. The tub didn’t even have a chance to fill up. Our child went to bed in tears, and we, the adults, had to do the same without a shower — which felt unacceptable, especially for a hotel in the heart of Las Vegas, not some forgotten village.Aside from that, everything else was great.

Perfect for Sphere

Liked: Right next to Sphere in perfect location for concerts, close enough to but not directly on the strip, spacious, modern, clean, well-equipped, most with outdoor patios for fresh air. Love that there are a cafe and mini market on site. Pools not fancy but perfectly fine for kids. Staff will shuttle you to the more distant buildings quickly in a golf cart.

It was a lovely staff.

Disliked: Cleanliness, Lack of communication from staff, no video games available as outlined in the signature room. The coffee maker was filthy dirty. Had to ask for housekeeping to re clean the bath tub. No one ever answered or responded to texts.
