Liked: Rooms were nice. Patio view could have been better. Staff didn't seem to want to be there, not often friendly. Would have liked to know that we had to drive when we wanted to use the pool.

Liked: No smart TV. Mirrors in shower was creepy. Ripped blanket on bed. They put a family over our head and the kids were jumping so much we complained. To many kids solo in pool we couldn't partake.

Liked: I will say over all it was a good experience, it’s about 15 mins from all the attractions. But I will say when we first checked in. The lady was very weird towards us. But I didn’t think much of it. Then they send you to a different desk to activate your keys. There, they will try and sell you on this meeting for a $50 deposit and they will give you $150 in cash… umm what… well they spoke so fast i missed the $50 deposit part until my husband mentioned it to me in the car. Well i digress. They tried to pull $77 dollars, and then i stopped that and canceled the meeting. Then next night a fee of $27 tried to come out. When I asked the desk they didnt know why, but reversed it. But then we went to our first room. It was waaayyyyy in the back, and when entering it was not as these photos picture at all. The toilet wasn’t flushing either. So I texted and called them, they were very kind about it, and reassigned us a very nice room. I was very pleased. I am unsure why the rooms are like night and day. But they are. Over all after all that got taken care of. We had a wonderful time. Coffee in activity room is good, pool was nice and warm. Room was clean. I probably won’t book here again. But it wasnt awful either.

Disliked: The cleanliness was lacking. There were stains and dried food on the furniture. The kitchen floor hadn't been mopped. There were some long hairs in bedding and towels.

Liked: location was ok. nice indoor pool.
Disliked: It should have an elevator , the b unit did not have any thermostat in it for heat or ac. it was made funny. A 2 bedroom unit should have 2 bedrooms in the same unit not a lockout. the lockout unit would not be good for a long stay. Unless uyou know the persons the the a unit. should have a washer and dryer in the units.
