The rooms were wonderful. Only thing was we didn't stay long enough.

Disliked: No bad points at all. The only thing I would change is not go through a 3rd party for reservations. Go thru IHG.

Liked: The rooms were nicely kept and decorated. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. The TV sets and faux fireplace worked, bed, linens, towels, etc were clean, comfortable, and substantial.
Disliked: I would have preferred a less aggressive sales approach to the promotions and amenities. I made the purpose of my visit -- relaxation -- clear. I would have liked to hear more about how to reach the office (I tried the phone but was put on hold for more than ten minutes, so I gave up) and information about trolleys, housekeeping, etc.
