Hidden Sales Pitch - Rude...

Liked: The condo was clean
Disliked: There was a sales pitch that they trick you into and I found it to be a total waste of my time. Once you tell them you won’t spend time on your vacation in a meeting to hear about time shares, they pretty much ignore you and you don’t get any service. The mosquitoes were so bad we couldn’t use any amenities and the “signature pool” is off limits. You’re basically a second class citizen at this “resort”.

Disliked: The resort was closed and was not notified before checking in! I called earlier the day of my reservation and was told by Holiday in staff that the resort was open! Tremendous lies! I arrived, and the resort had been closed until September. One of the staff told us to leave the property!

Wonderful except for having to...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable and provided all we needed.
Disliked: They signed us up for one of their presentations with rewards of gift cards. I was specifically told (because I asked) that I could be the only one attend the meeting; however, when I went to the meeting (after rearranging several things on our agenda) they said my husband must be there. So we didn’t get the rewards and I was charged the $30 fee.

Liked: All the amenities offered. And the snack bar was amazing!
Disliked: We weren’t allowed to use the bathrooms in the signature building

Liked: The room is very nice and clean
Disliked: Everybody was very friendly, but the young man at the bar was very rude to one of my friends about a cup of ice, but overall everybody else was very nice and friendly

Disliked: Mosquitos were rampant all over the property. Could barely stay outside for long
