Very nice and will stay...

Liked: The grounds are very pretty, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the area is safe. The waterways and wildlife viewing on the east side is an added bonus.
Disliked: The adjoining room doors need to be better insulated and people need to be courteous towards their neighbors when talking and watching TV. Our neighbors had the TV up loud and talked very loud to each other, and when they were on the phone. This happened both late at night and early in the morning, so it made our stay a little less pleasant. Insulated doors would help because that was where most of the sound was leaking into our room.

Disliked: We had to kill 5 spiders in our first night, that did not make me happy especially since they were two different species of spiders and in three locations of the room - 2 spiders near the bed, one in the living room and 2 in the bathroom.

Double charged and pushed into...

Disliked: Im a local 1st upon check in you get pushed into timeshare thing witch is a turn-off. I paid ful price for 3 night stay. I don't want to ne sold timeshare. 2nd despite paying in full in advance I was charged again next morning an incidentle deposit for full amount of $561 this was on top of the deposit of $115. Soon as I saw transaction I went to front office the lady at counter explained to me that the corporate office charged by mistake, witch things happen I get that. But this was my anniversary weekend and this cleared out my account leaving me with nothing to enjoy my staycation anniversary. Spoke with manager and we setup a meeting to try and fix this. She reversed the charges but it still takes 3-5 business days for bank to release hold. Witch still left me with zero money for my staycation. The manager was very Apologetic. She gave me a $200 credit for the Restaurant witch the food and service were excellent, so we can have nice meal for anniversary as well as comp hotsprings. This helped us cover one of our days. I had to get an advance on paycheck to cover everything else. When you paying advance budget for trip this shouldn't happen. 3rd room was very hot no a/c was told nothing can do. Lucky it was cold outside so keep windows open but being on 1st floor everyone can see your business. 4th all though villa was nice and big was bit outdated all the future old and beatup bathroom needs serious upgrade very dark jet tub barely worked toilet ran for few min after use. Overall this was just a bad stay. I did finally get my money back on day of checkout. The manager did a good job in trying to make things right and I thank her for thar but again it pretty much secured me to never return again. It's no fault of the manager she did a good job.

Liked: The location and views are impressive! The room was very clean, great size, super comfortable bed and beautiful balcony! The hot springs were busy in the evening but so nice and a great way to spend your time there. During the morning hours they were much more enjoyable. The pool was also amazing.
Disliked: wildlife is loud. lol
