It was a 7/10 stay

Liked: I really liked the staff who checked me and my family in. They have great hospitality skills and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The lady who checked me out and the lady that was at the bar at the restaurant there. The lady who checked me out just seemed to have been very serious. The lady at the restaurant was very annoyed to take my order and completely lacked hospitality skills. I was being patient waiting for her as well seeing that she was the only one there, but she did not at least greet me or acknowledged that I was there, I needed to call for her attention and my order was wrong. She did not ask if I that was all I wanted, instead wanted to hurry up and finish the order and I had to let her know I wanted to add more to it. It was pretty frustrating especially being that it is my first time there.

Liked: Close to terminal3, but way over priced. Staff and quality like a motel 6
Disliked: Restaurant not open. Check in clerks ignored us like we were not standing there and there was only one couple being waited on. Then they were a bit argumentative. I thought I had booked a first class experience by price but I was wrong. I am a Marriott rewards member and their treatment of guests is a much higher standard

Liked: Room was great and comfortable. We had a view of the inlet so that was fabulous. Pools were fun. Staff friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Tiki bar afternoon lunch delicious. Drinks we loved.

Disliked: We only stayed one night. We didn’t get to experience much of the property amenities. I will say the selection of food/snacks in lobby was not very good. Too much junk food. Not many healthy choices.

Liked: We just stayed for the night before our cruise. good location, close to port and restaurants .
Disliked: good location close to the cruise port, however there is no shuttle for this 5 minutes trip. very disappointing as we had to take uber . the front desk staff is quite slow, we waited probably at least 20 minutes just to get key to our room , with just 1 person in front of us. the whole process was slow, they asked for many questions and it looked like there were a lot of steps they needed to do at computer in order to check us in. although we already booked on Booking.com and paid. it was a long day that day for us so i didn't appreciate the time we had to wait.
