Disliked: The bedframe was terribly misaligned on one side and when I got out of bed in the morning I tripped and fell over it. I told the front desk clerk so hopefully it will be fixed. It could have been way worse and I'm surprised no one noticed before me, and if they did, it is a shame the issue was not addressed.

Disliked: First and foremost you all do not have any complimentary anything at that hotel the parking was horrible the events that you all have going on have outside people coming in taking up parking spaces from the people who are paying for the rooms they're at your hotel. And to add a little bit more towards the complimentary to charge that type of price your customer should be able to have some type of complimentary coffee somewhere covid was in 2020 5 years ago
