Liked: It was clean and the room was spacious and very pleasant and well set up. The staff was pleasant and at each point, did a very good job at whatever task was required. They were efficient and effective.
Disliked: I would have wished for a mandatory mask wearing policy in the hotel.

Very convenient to CC.

Liked: It was a very nice and comfortable place. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! I thought the shower could have been a little cleaner. It was very nice to have a shuttle to Cleveland Clinic. The valet parking was a little high in cost.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent if you have appointments at Cleveland Clinic. The Clinic bus picks you up and drops you off at the hotel.
