Liked: It was clean and the room was spacious and very pleasant and well set up. The staff was pleasant and at each point, did a very good job at whatever task was required. They were efficient and effective.
Disliked: I would have wished for a mandatory mask wearing policy in the hotel.

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we were given was across from an exit door and several times during the night when people used that door, it slammed shut which would wake us up.I reported this on checking out, hopefully maintenance will be able to do something to correct the problem. The hand wash dispenser was empty in the bathroom.

Disliked: The location honestly sucks. There is almost no free parking, and you either have to use valet services or park all the way at the Cleveland clinic parking lot and use the shuttle, which my husband and I could not figure out the pick up spot for so we just ended up walking.
