Liked: Clean bathrooms.
Disliked: They started construction at 8:30 am.

Location was good. Would stay again.

Liked: Fast, easy check in. Staff was very helpful in getting a cab to Riverbend and gave us numbers for cabs to get back.
Disliked: Not as clean as we had hoped. Cannot see the river at all.

Liked: Unprofessional staff. Room was dirty, no soap in the shower soap dispenser. Old dilapidated furniture. Inadequate supplies to operate a functional bar, and Unprofessional bar tender.

Liked: I didnt eat the breakfast since I normally don't eat much in the morning. My wife and kids enjoyed it though and said there were plenty of selections to choose from. As far as location it was right off the highway and easy to get back on, with a good selection of restaurants around.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was rude. & After being told I’m “taking someone’s room” and making me feel guilty even though I made a reservation 15 days before check in. And I got there at 3 for check in…..We get to our room and there’s no towels… I have my husband go ask the front desk for some and he gets told housekeeping will be up with some soon, well we call it a night about 8pm with no towels and giving up on ever getting any. Which fine whatever we’re only here for a night.When I booked the room I made sure to get the breakfast and would ya guess the guy told me we weren’t allowed to have breakfast when we went down. And it would be extra….LolThis place is a JOKEI’d go anywhere but here, there’s a courtyard next to it. If you really want that location you’ll surly have better luck there.

Disappointing.

Disliked: Called before booking to ensure the did have a pool and it was open. Talked to a guy that’s answered the phone who said it was open until 10. Turns out, pool is covered with a tarp and not open at all. Literally the only reason we booked the hotel at all. Hair in the bathroom sink that wasn’t ours. Bathroom in general was sub par in cleanliness. Elevator button didn’t work. Housekeeping busted in the room at 9:00am. No knocking.
