Love this hotel, kid friendly

Liked: I loved the location; it was close to everything—many restaurants and small stores nearby.
Disliked: The pullout couch beds were not that comfortable and may need to be replaced. The mattress was thin and warned down.

Liked: did not eat breakfast. for $14.95 a person we went for real breakfast.
Disliked: the cleanliness of the room could have been better. the Keurig water reservoir was full of milky white liquid and there was not sufficient coffee in the lobby.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was close to places we needed in order to celebrate my daughter’s birthday!
Disliked: I want to first mention that NOT one staff member working the front desk was friendly. I checked in with Greg and gave my information and he literally only spoke the bare minimum. I then locked my key card in the room and he seemed annoyed that he had to go back up to my room to let me in. I greeted the young lady on from 11p-7a when coming through the lobby and she didn’t speak either. Then on 10/27 I noticed I forgot my toothpaste. I went to the desk and Clint acted like I was an invincible human being. He looked at me (never once said “how can I help you”) so I asked him for toothpaste. He did grab a couple from the cabinet and handed them to me, never saying a word. I understand when days may not be going the greatest but if you are in that type of career, I feel as if they should greet you or areas speak when spoken to. Oh and not to mention one of my rooms didn’t have bath towels in them.
