Liked: The pool and restaurant were cool. Need new mattresses
Disliked: The bed was he most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced at a hotel. I could feel the springs.

Liked: The amenities were nice and location was great for our event
Disliked: That throughout the hotel, you could smell a skanky smell in the halls like someone was smoking something in their room

Liked: Ease of travel to and from location. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Googled hotels with jacuzzis. Hotel pictured jacuzzi. Arrived and no jacuzzi. That is why the location was picked. Your advertising needs updated. Will NEVER stay at your properties again. Toilet also did not work. Staff immediately changed rooms for us.

Liked: The property was nice and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. Food wasn’t cooked all the way or it was overcooked. I can’t believe you make people $14.95 for that disgusting crap. You are definitely stealing peoples money. The swimming pool was ice cold and we couldn’t even stay in more than a minute
