Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: Been coming to this hotel for while. It's seems like a everything is going down hill. Had to have my comforter changed 2x cause of stains and on one had blood on it. I had to be moved. I mistakenly booked a handicap room. My fault. But, I feel like that the disabled get a really crappy room from the layout I cannot see a disabled person getting around easily in that room. Bed was so uncomfortable my back and hip still hurts. Its like when they change out mattresses they get the old crappy ones. No good. Shower head leaked all night.

Liked: No breakfast available
Disliked: Room was clean but a lot of minor repairs like caulking some peeling wallpaper, no shower exhaust fan, only wall ac and heater, no room air circulation, coffee not good, basic renovation needed throughout.

Liked: Conveniently located. The hotel was very very clean.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard and the toilet was so low it was uncomfortable to use.

Liked: loved the breakfast and my bed was warm and cozy. The hotel is in the middle of all the stores and was so convenient to get where we needed to go
Disliked: my only problem with the hotel was that I received an email to upgrade my room for an additional $10. When we got to the hotel they told me that was not a room upgrade but the cost of the breakfast. I told them that the breakfast was already included in the cost of the room but she said it was not. I didn't argue over the $10. but it didn't seem right

Disliked: The hot tub was cold. There were pieces of ceiling falling into the bath tub, like crumbles. The tub did not have a stopper so I couldn't give my little one a bath.

Disliked: The room smelled musty and the bed was so hard we might as well have slept on the floor
