Liked: This inn is very conveniently located near the greater Cincinnati airport. We were warmly greeted by the staff upon our arrival. The shuttle service to/from the airport was fine.
Disliked: This once grand facility is showing its age. A major renovation should be planned within the near future.

Nice stay, close to airport,...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the hallway and area very quiet to be able to sleep. Very sizable room.
Disliked: We had to catch an early flight out, went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We let it run for extended time but we had heard something during the night that must have been the water heater going out. Told the check out desk person, seemed oblivious. Just wanted them to check it out for the next guest as there was nothing that could have been done for us at that point.
