Went for a funeral

Liked: Clean room except for a couple handprints on the wall
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet right next to the door was odd but otherwise ok. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, no hand towels only wash cloths

HORRIBLE NEVER COMING BACK

Disliked: They had roaches and water was not properly working. Room smells like smoke. And wasn’t clean at all. Bed sheets were stained. Asked for more took hours to get

It was fine. Not great.

Liked: I expected free breakfast but only expensive breakfast was offered.
Disliked: First room keys did not work. Second room heater could not be adjusted. Coffee machine was on a shelf too high to see the controls and add water safely.

Disliked: The over night desk lady (African American late 50s) was so nonchalant and melancholy that it was just outright mean! She had ZERO HOSPITALITY! We arrived at about 4am from out of town she refused to let us check in early! She definitely shouldn’t be the face of that establishment! We FINALLY got a room in downtown Chicago at the Hilton with no problems! I will never return to this hotel again
