Disliked: The heat in our room didn't work,there was no fridge or microwave but one in the lobby though,TV wasn't like the other holiday inns im used to. Breakfast was 11.99 and didn't have it. Pretty much it. Beds were kinda small for a double room

Liked: clean and quiet; I got a great night's sleep. Excellent breakfast. Very nice staff.

It wa an ok stay

Liked: The area was safe .
Disliked: The lady at the check in was not in her best of mood- she acted like she had a bad day.

Poor

Disliked: Chose a more expensive room option on the booking.com app in order to get a king bed. They gave us a double bed room anyway which would have been cheaper to book ahead of time. Did not refund the difference.Hot tub was boarded up.Our key cards were programmed to expire after the first night and we weren’t able to get back into the room until we went to the front desk to get new key cards.
