Poor service on a decent...

Liked: Its location was good. This wasn’t far from CTA BlueLine and there is CTA Pace bus service to BlueLine station just outside hotel. Hotel also has every one hour shuttle to O’hare airport which also has BlueLine in case someone wants to travel to downtown or other parts of larger Chicago area.Hotel had good swimming pool.
Disliked: Service was poor. They don’t perform housekeeping while you stay, so they don’t collect garbage or clean toilets everyday when you stay; they only do housekeeping once guest checkout as per their policy, even if you request. Also breakfast was not ready for one of days until 8:30 AM (service timing 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM)

Disliked: We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The new room also had a strong odor and was in need of serious repair. Curtains were torn. There was no drinking water provided. No hot water in the shower either.
