Poor

Disliked: Having to pay for parking each time we left. Should have something better for customers that stay at hotel. Also room supposed to be ready at 3pm and still at 4 pm wasn’t. Had to find us another room.

Disliked: Need just a little bit more of cleaning with the ac system and carpet on the bedrooms.

Hotel is nice, but I...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No where did I see mentioned their incidental charge was $200.The AC in room sounded like a freight train, and the shower didn’t have hot water only cold.Staff didn’t have knowledge on transit system and sent us the wrong way.
