Disliked: 1) The staff could not give me an invoice saying that my booking was done through Booking.com. The policy written on Booking.com is quite clear on that matter - they don't provide receipts/invoices and per their agreement with the property owners, they require property owner to write invoice upon customer's request. 2) The staff also could not help us with calling a taxi to the airport. They list this among their services and actually have a device that redirects requests to the taxi companies. But the device did not work when we used it. I had to call Uber instead.3) The hotel staff does not respond to my email requests for the invoice.
