Liked: The staff, especially Dylan, mark, Carly and the other girl who served breakfast were extremely friendly.
Disliked: The room was freezing when we were going to bed as the heater was not working however Dylan was amazing, found us alternative and helped move

Nice Hotel and Great Staff

Liked: We stayed one night on the dinner and breakfast package, and picked hotel because it was pet friendly. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff we engaged with and enjoyed the set-menu dinner and the wide selection available at breakfast. In summary, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. One small niggle is that the hotel sits close to the A55 and there are limited areas for pets to get a leg-stretch.
