We enjoyed a very comfortable...

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant and facility very clean. Cold water and other beverage in the lobby well maintained.
Disliked: The breakfast was fare - some offerings which were supposed to be hot were cold. No fresh fruit, only small oranges in lobby.

Good staff compensated for a...

Liked: The hotel staff were wonderful. They understood our problem (which was not of their doing) and pulled together to make things right for us.
Disliked: This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle - it does not! The one-way fare to or from the airport is $40+. This seriously changes the whole value equation for this property.

Convenient to UVA, would stay...

Liked: Convenient to UVA. Staff was very nice. Husband enjoyed breakfast (typical). Room was good, bed was comfortable and I'd stay there again.
Disliked: Not much I didn't like. Prices are always too high!

Would go again

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful
Disliked: Breakfast. The egg dish was hard and had a hard time cutting it - if you got one that just came out it was okay - but dried out very fast - so I switched to milk and cereal - but the milk was sour
