Liked: Easy check in and out by very friendly office staff. Room clean and great location.
Disliked: Toilet was loud when flushed and filled, but it worked.

Ok but manager didn’t follow...

Liked: Nice clean hotel
Disliked: The manager called me to tell me that she will change the reservation ( which I made by mistake) and she will apply the charge to the new reservation. But I was charged 2 times . I am not sure why they called me to tell me that when I could stay at a different hotel closer to town.

Disappointing

Liked: Carpets and floors were worn and dirty. Only 1 elevator worked and it was shaking and rattling.
Disliked: See above.

Comfortable. Restaurant meals not worth...

Liked: Comfortable, available last minute when the air at our other booking didn’t work.
Disliked: Only one elevator working, and it sounded horrible like it was about to break down.
