Liked: It was convenient to the college where we had an event.
Disliked: The hotel was clean, and overall it looked great which is pointless if you can’t sleep. Breakfast is not included. The night we arrived I was woken up at midnight with loud obnoxious partying which turned to arguing yelling and cursing that persisted until 5am. When I heard what sounded like a fight in the hallway at 3am I finally called the front desk( scared to leave my room to check it out) they said it wasThe basketball team staying there making the noise. They admitted they had been receiving alot of complaints and have already sent security up numerous times nothing more they could do. They should have called the police.Then I went out the next morning and a vehicle right next to mine had its back passenger window completely broken out laying on the ground. I spoke with the front desk I bought on booking.com and could not be refunded if I left early since I was prepaid. Booking never responded to me so I felt forced to stay. They offered nothing to even compensate for the situation. I was told the basketball team had left so that should alleviate the noise. That being said I realized the hotel in general was loud. You can hear everything in the other rooms. If someone turns on the tv, every toilet flush, every time water is turned on in the sink, the shower, opens the door to the rooms. I don't know if it's the acoustics or what. The guest right above us sounded liked they were taking a broom and banging it on the floor this was a noise place so maybe it was out of frustration thinking they could send a signal to others to stop making noise. LOUD is the best description of this place. I guess the top floor would be your best bet . It’s sandwiched between the China Buffet and an office building parking lot is unkept.

Disliked: Housekeeping still went in my room after I told the receptionist I didn’t need anything cleaned nor did I need any new towels I had already cleaned up an got new towels and when I came back from store walking back to my room housekeeping opening up my door walking out of my room not even 15 minutes after I told them not to
