Very good

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of my visit (academic collaboration with Cardiff University staff). Its location is within walking distance from the station (I chose the river walk), and city centre shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the park opposite. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel furnishings and fittings appear to be a bit tired and worn, but are generally well maintained and clean. However, the location and staff outweigh any negatives.

Liked: Brilliant hotel, suited my needs for one adult and 3 kids. Comfy, clean and close to everything I wanted to visit.Friendly staff and great breakfast that filled us up till our evening meal Definitely worth a stay again next time we visit Cardiff
