Trip to the rugby

Liked: Perfect location to the rugby stadium. Good choice of breakfast. Helpful staff. Disabled friendly. Parking available.
Disliked: Could do with mugs on the room

Disliked: The room is in need of an update/refurb. Bed was quite hard and the pillows were past their used by date.

Disliked: VERY VERY noisy room, caused by the kitchen extractor,also the room A/C , the kitchen fan stopped about 9.30 but before that it was terrible. The staff were very understanding and offered to move us, but we thought the move was too much hassle as we were staying 2 nights and had unpacked our things.

Liked: We stay every year in this hotel for the rugby. Previously our stay has been fantastic, however this year the room was appearing tiered. The reception staff excellent as always, the room servicing team were pleasant but didn’t understand us. The restaurant team previously were always very good, however on this occasion one lady lets them down. She is very sharp tongued with no concept of customer service. All other team members in the restaurant seemed only too happy to help. What a shame she lets them down, a smile and a friendly nature goes a long way.

Very poor

Liked: Location, breakfast,bar,was lucky to actually get a parking space
Disliked: Booked for a family of 4 . No beds made on arrival for children .Had to speak to the room attendant who wheeled a spare bed in and made the sofa bed up. We were on floor 4. But it was beyond loud music from a party at conference hall on floor 1. On calling reception to inquire about the music I was told it will continue until midnight. If I was pre-warned , fair enough but we were not and had I not had a drink would have left and driven home .
