It was a terrific stay...
Liked: Breakfast was more than I expected; however, I was disappointed that there was no meat alternative to pork. The location worked out just as I expected.
Disliked: I had an issue with my shower/tub facet and drain. It was not working properly and the tub was not cleaned as a routine part of cleaning my room.

Disappointing
Liked: The location was fine. The lobby was nice.
Disliked: The bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew around the tub/shower area and it smelled awful. I asked if they could spray it with bleach, they said no because the mold is on the caulking. I think they should remove the caulking and replace it with new. The bed was very lumpy, if felt at first like a water bed. It was a lot of money per night for this room.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: There was mold all over our room. You could smell it and see it. We had no hot water to shower our three children. The pool was also closed as was the restaurant. The front desk was unable to change our room. The manager was not there. I have called this hotel three times since our one night stay and the manager is never there. I have yet to receive a call back. I was told we would be getting a refund. That has yet to happen.
