Disliked: The Air conditioner and the phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t reach the front desk to address it. The checkout service didn’t want to listen or apologize for our stay inconveniences.

Disliked: When booking was supposed to have a room for 6. When we checked in they told us it wasn’t available and then didn’t refund amount and made us pay the full suite amount for a regular double bed room and we also had to get an additional room and pay full price because they said the bigger ones weren’t available. They should have discounted our price for the smaller room plus we shouldn’t have had to pay for an additional room. Shower water took forever to warm and toilets did not want to flush.

Liked: The assistance from your engineer was exceptional. The front seat was very considerate and helpful.
Disliked: The dining experience in you restaurant for breakfast was far from satisfactory. No one assisted or offered water or coffee. We had to go searching for silverware and found none available. Staff was non existent. Staff eventually surface as we were preparing to depart.
