room good but staff

Liked: Room was good spacious clean ,and the bed was comfy. room service was good member of staff was polite and curteous . and knocked quietly as asked due to a sleeping baby .
Disliked: bathroom is a little mixed up toilet, sink and mirror all look neat and tidy but the bath was very off putting for me looked tired and grubby stains and the bottom of bath quite rough. Front desk member of staff although polite, i had requested a easliy accessible room due to having a baby and pram but originaly put on the first floor, when this was queried he replid you arent in a wheelchair so thought it was a mistake so gave me a first floor room . many people for various reason require an accessible room not just for wheelchair users.
