Liked: I like the breakfast team (German)I like the dinner team (Merrick and wife)I like the courtesy of front staffI like my room
Disliked: I don't like that my room didn't have a microwave it hinders me and inconveniences me to go downstairs.I don't like that breakfast is not included I don't like that there was no lunch served. Meaning from 12-5 you can have nothing to eat I'd desired.

Fantastic hotel, great staff and...

Liked: My partner and I were driving further north, but we got caught in the snow storm and the roads were very unsafe so we booked the closest hotel to us. This hotel was absolutely perfect, we even decided to extend our stay! The staff were great and very helpful, comfiest bed and pillows. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all, great location for different towns for shopping and food.

Very convenient abd comfortable

Liked: We had a one night stop over to rest on a very stressful move across 3 states, and this was a very convenient and comfortable spot. I loved that they switched to refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner, etc... sustainable and more comfortable for guests. Great quality for great value. The front desk made an effort to accommodate our situation, and it was very much appreciated

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good and I was glad we included it in our room cost
Disliked: Our room and basically the entire 4th floor felt like a sauna, but the room for the pool was ice cold. Someone at the front desk just said: " heat rises." The hot tub was colder than the pool (I guess someone had changed the water, but why would they do that so it wasn't hot at 10/1 am?) And the room itself looked so run down. A tear on the head board. Stains on the walls. No recycling bin.

Disliked: Needs a more direct walkway from parking lot to entrance.
