Very convenient abd comfortable

Liked: We had a one night stop over to rest on a very stressful move across 3 states, and this was a very convenient and comfortable spot. I loved that they switched to refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner, etc... sustainable and more comfortable for guests. Great quality for great value. The front desk made an effort to accommodate our situation, and it was very much appreciated

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good and I was glad we included it in our room cost
Disliked: Our room and basically the entire 4th floor felt like a sauna, but the room for the pool was ice cold. Someone at the front desk just said: " heat rises." The hot tub was colder than the pool (I guess someone had changed the water, but why would they do that so it wasn't hot at 10/1 am?) And the room itself looked so run down. A tear on the head board. Stains on the walls. No recycling bin.

Liked: We have stayed here a couple times, we have friends close by. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The buffet is quite good including omelets made to order.Great location easy access to Rt 80.Room was clean
Disliked: The only negative was our HVAC unit..it kept cycling off and on all night and it sounded like a coffee grinder. It kept waking me up.

Exceptional

Pleasant enough stay but expensive.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Disliked: I could only get a room with two queen beds instead of a room with just one king size bed because the firstnight was a weekend night. I couldn't change the room to a room with a king size bed for the following nights as the reservation was booked through booking.com instead of directly with the hotel.
