We're coming back to NYC in December - don't know where we will stay.

Liked: Location; service was good.
Disliked: Didn't include breakfast, and no real bar to drink at.

Will stay again! About 5...

Liked: Had problems at check-in because I booked with a 3rd party and didn’t expect to have additional check in fees. The staff was awesome! They were patient and polite as I went through it! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing!!!
