Liked: We arrived around 1 PM and were able to do an early check-in, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great, near to two subway stations, restaurants, and shopping. We bought a package with breakfast, and you could choose anything from the breakfast menu (1 drink and 1 entree per person), it was fast and very delicious. We used the vallet service to park our car and everything worked out great.
Disliked: The outlets were loose.

Liked: Great location, easy access to the subway with direct lines around Brooklyn and into Manhattan. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing!
Disliked: The facilities and rooms are a bit run down. Hotel staff was friendly and accessible, but the contracted support services were not responsive (we had requested extra towels which were never delivered; when we follow up with the front desk they were shocked to hear the request had not been completed). Otherwise, great value!
