We're coming back to NYC in December - don't know where we will stay.

Liked: Location; service was good.
Disliked: Didn't include breakfast, and no real bar to drink at.

Liked: Generally good value and well located.
Disliked: High floors are not worth the cost - there are only two elevators and you will be waiting a long time to get upstairs. Stick to the stairs if you can. Check-in and check-out are also very slow, there are constant queues at the reception desk.
