Don’t book through Booking.com

Disliked: The pool broke down the day after I booked. Call to question the amenities at the location. The concierge told me what room I choose and had to argue and show proof that it is the wrong room. She then said there is another $100 refundable fee ontop of the Booking.com “refundable fee”(Booking.com I still have not received my $100 refundable fee).

Liked: Comfortable clean room and neat staff. Very helpfull.
Disliked: A bit out of town but thats fine.

Disappointed customer

Liked: I have been to this hotel several times. In hopes that things have changed, they have not. The swimming pool area is always closed or out of order. The jacuzzi is not working and hasn’t for months. The hotel used to offer breakfast, now the have partnered with IHOP with a 20% off coupon for hotel clients. The facility needs an upgrade, there are water leaks in the roof and a smell in some of the room carpets. My door handle for my suite was loose and I never received my $100 deposit from one of the rooms I rented the night I was there. I am a very disappointed customer and will never do business with this hotel again. I have spent over $2,000 with this hotel and I will never again

1st impressions make a huge...

Liked: Room was clean however had to ask for toilet paper and towels. There was only half a roll in use and no backups, no Kleenex, 2 decaf coffee pods…we stayed 5 nights.
Disliked: Smelled like weed upon entering the main entrance. Unfriendly front desk with the exception of a male 3rd shift he was friendly and offered us a water bottle. IHOP food was terrible however the service was outstanding! The pool was emptied and being repaired for the 1st 2 days of our 5 day stay.

My stay was just ok...

Disliked: Too many children loud in the pool area and throughout the hallways
