Lovely stay over new years

Liked: Lovely stay, great location and thoroughly impressed with the room for the price. Was a slight mix up with booking.com but Leon on reception was very helpful and kind in accommodating us and sorting things out promptly! Would happily recommend and return
Disliked: Parking is abit pricey!

We would have appreciated notification...

Disliked: The heating had been broken for 3 days prior to our arrival with no chance for it to be fixed. The restaurant and hallways were very cold.

Much better than we expected....

Liked: The suite was huge, perfect for a family of 5. Dressinggowns, slippers, bottles of water, kitkats and biscuits all included was a super bonus for the children! Coffee machine great for the adults :)
Disliked: Room size and facilities.

This hotel is worth it...

Liked: Great buffet breakfast in lovely spacious restaurant with views over central bristol, large rain shower in our en suite, helpful staff who were unobtrusive- feels like a proper hotel!
Disliked: Car park adjoins Hotel but costs £20 per day, some of the public areas were quite cold during our Christmas visit, in our room there were a couple of niggles eg the hanging rail in the wardrobe was almost too high to reach
