Liked: I am a returning customer al ways liked the location .. it’s pleasant .. quiet and the staff have always been and still are always accommodating and happy to help

Brief stay but very happy...

Liked: Great location for the airport. Hotel had just been renovated so room was lovely - hans grohe shower , large tv and coffee machine . Staff were loveky and cooked breakfast was great
Disliked: Only negative was cost of parking. Arrived 11pm and left at 730am but they charge £15 flat fee

Great for an overnight stay...

Liked: Very clean and everything was new and modern.
Disliked: Meals were a little over priced.

Liked: The staff were super friendly.The hotel had just reopened after a refurb.The manager who was there to greet us was exceptional.A very nice guy that couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.The girl that served us in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive and went out of her way to make sure everything was right.

Liked: Our flight was cancelled so we booked in last minute. We called the hotel to ask if there was a shuttle bus and they explained one had yet to be implemented as they were newly renovated however - they upgraded our room to an executive room for the inconvenience which was so very much appreciated as we’d already had such a dreadful day with our cancelled flight. Fatema (I think I’m spelling her name right) at the front desk was particularly lovely and helpful.
