Liked: Friendly knowledgeable staff and great location. The pre warning of the lift work being completed and the parking under the hotel. Complementary mini bar also a nice suprise.
Disliked: The windows being cleaned more frequently would really amplify the experience making it much brighter in the rooms and a much better view. The work on the lift being done is not as big of an issue some guests made out just be aware you may need to wait a minute for the next one only having one working at the moment.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Property decor is tired or low quality. Windows were so dirty we thought it was foggy outside. Building was cold. Hotel bar had temporary plug-in heaters, which didn’t offer much additional heat. The TVs in the bar area were all off and there was no music, so lacking in atmosphere.

Liked: Complimentary goodies. Everything you needed in the bathroom, location of hotel
Disliked: Lift felt unsafe , kept shuddering, beds and pillows weren't comfortable , couldn't close the window properly, one of the plugs was upside down

Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The rooms were freezing cold with one tiny storage heater

Liked: The location was where I expected it to be.
Disliked: THE ROOM - £155.55 was NOT value for money! No central heating, just a small inadequate heater that didn't heat the room and kept cutting out. The socket supplying the heater was a makeshift one, put in through the wardrobe, as they had nowhere else to connect it to. The paper was peeling off the walls,the window had mould and the only chair had torn sharp plastic on the arms! The pillows, were like putting your head on an old bag of cement and the sheets were not warm enough !
