Excellent really impressed

Liked: Amazing location right on seafront and really close to the shops. Lots too see and do. Friendly staff great breakfast. Really comfy beds and added bonus that mini fridge was stocked with water and some fizzy drinks all complimentary

Good

Liked: It’s good value if you search for a deal.
Disliked: It’s a bit tired overall. Only for one night so was fine for that and convenient for purpose

Liked: On the seafront. Decent room. Friendly staff. Free coffee all day for guests.
Disliked: Shampoo in shower was empty. Bathroom smelled of bleach when we arrived. Middle window had condensation inside the glass.

Uncomfortable room but brilliant brekkie

Liked: The staff were lovely and welcoming. Happy to help and not too intrusive. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. The room was clean and the bathroom had great amenities plus plenty of towels.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and hard, the desk chair was uncomfortable and hard, the "comfy" chair was uncomfortable and hard.Noise from other rooms was quite loud in the bathroom, could hear someone else's conversation and consistent tapping/banging. Was glad to not hear it in the bedroom as would've disrupted the little sleep we had due to the uncomfortable bed. Also, as a lot of work was going on at the hotel, the secure door to the car park was left propped open which was not very secure.

Liked: Great selection, lovely staff. The hot buffet food wasn’t even warm, so I enjoyed more of the continental the next day, which was very good
Disliked: Unfortunately workmen were working on the roof, and outside of my room. I appreciate the building has to be maintained, but feel that an explanation or note of apology would of been a helpful gesture

Great hotel, great location and...

Liked: The room was large and had everything you'd expect plus some extras like a great coffee machine, free soft drinks and some free snacks.
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable - the mattress needs replacing. I didn't like paying extra for parking, but that's Brighton! Be careful in the car park it is very very tight!
