Liked: Staff and aminites are awesome. Koyel met us at reception. Check in was super fast and she was too Polite and efficient. Even gave us a upgrade

Fine but not if neighbors...

Disliked: Rooms were very noisy from neighbors. Noise all night long. Impossible to sleep. Walls very thin and you can hear everything.

Liked: Staff were excellent especially Dev who served us dinner, sorted a squeaky door in our room and was generally lovely. Very obliging. Desk staff welcoming.Excellent location with convenient parking
Disliked: The fact that the heating wasn't working throughout the hotel. Bedroom was ok as small heater provided which was more than adequate however communal areas (dining room and breakfast room) were draughty and cold. Heaters were on but nowhere near efficient enough for the areas.Stairwell to use as alternative to lift to rooms wasn't most pleasant to use. My daughter doesn't like lifts and will often use stairs and meet us but she wasn't happy to do so there. I went down with her once and it felt like a wind tunnel at one point. Felt like it was a fire escape not a staircase to use regularly
