Liked: brilliant hotel very welcoming, staff friendly. only thing we was not aware of was having to pay for parking , not a problem just needs to be made clear, as i’ve stayed at other IHG holiday inns and parking was always included. the stay was comfortable and clean . good facilities .

Disliked: Cleaning staff.Didnt realise clocks moved forward for one hour.Cleaning lady knocked 5 times and barged in as many times as we were asleep.Inpatient and rude .All for a sake of few minutes.Evwn thought I took 2 rooms for over two hundred quid for 1 night stay and spent another hundred for restaurant. Breakfast was nice though. Reception and bar staff very friendly too.

Liked: Convenient location.Check in was friendly and the room was clean.Great to have a family friendly pool on site which was a highlight for my boys.
Disliked: Shame the parking wasn’t included - cost me £11 for an overnight stay, in a massive car park on their site. I thought this was poor. We booked a triple room (me and my 2 children) but they hadn’t set the room up for 3 people. There were only 2 cups, no glasses or water, towels for 2 people, and when it came to bed time we realised there was no bedding for the sofa bed. But the staff did try to help and brought an extra sheet as he couldn’t find a duvet. Fortunately it wasn’t too cold! But he did return later with an extra duvet.

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms - beds were lovely and comfy. Staff were helpful and lovely food in the restaurant. Excellent location and easy to find - just off the M25
