Horrible hotel, unfriendly staff, hidden...

Disliked: Staff member who first 'welcomed' me was rude and passed me on to another member of staff because I commented that I was not happy to have had to stand out in the cold to pay a parking machine that demanded my payment immediately. It was late at night, I had a long drive and I had come straight from a long run so was very cold. It took me 10 minutes without glasses (they were packed) to work out the machine. There had been no mention of fee for parking at point of booking and the £10 fee tipped me over my spend limit for a hotel. On top of that the TV was impossible to work and the tea/coffee facility in room was grim

Liked: Pleasant stay..Efficient staff on reception. Super clean room,comfortable bed.Plenty of parking.Breakfast very good ,everything on the menu and pleasant helpful staff. Really enjoyed our 2 day stay.
Disliked: All good ,no complaints about anything.

Disliked: The fact they cancelled my room at 11pm having just finished work and four hours away from home

Liked: Very convenient for visiting the Marillac.
Disliked: Slightly tired building. Cooked breakfast was disappointing - tepid, bacon very tough and hash browns undercooked.
