Not worth the money

Liked: Shower was cold and coffee machine didnt work.The staff werent friendly or helpful when i asked them for directions.The area was full of undesirable people.shouting abuse at you and a strong smell of weed around!
Disliked: The location.felt not safe outside.unhelpful staff.Shower too cold and coffee machine not working.

Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: You advertise free airport shuttle which is why I choose your place. But, there was no shuttle driver. Also advertised a restaurant, another reason I picked here, but there was no chef to run a restaurant. Very disappointed,, had to go out for a dinner and then pay for an Uber to get to the airport. This was after a long driving vacation in New England.
