Liked: Good location near T stops. Easy access to downtown. Neighborhood is semi-industrial but felt safe. Not a lot of options for food but the Tavern at the End of the World is only 2 blocks away and a nice pub-like atmosphere for a drink.
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: Sometimes, one needs to book for several nights when we only need one night

Close Hotel to bunker hil

Liked: The location was good, room was big, they gave us the room when we arrivalie, 3 hours before chech in time and also sent us microwave to the room
Disliked: We choose the option for a baby crib - the resption lady said they dont have and asked us if we bring one with us.. The beds were small

Horrible staff, horrible hotel, horrible...

Liked: Literally nothing. This was really such a horrible experience. Worst hotel I ever stayed in during my entire US trip. I recommend anyone to avoid this hotel. The stuff is super unfriendly and the whole hotel is super old.
Disliked: Everything. Just tear the building down and build a new one. It is outdated and has nothing to do with state-of-the-art hotels in every US city

Liked: Staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.Room clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We just needed a 2 night stay and there was a 3 night minimum for the dates we needed. Because we have stayed here before, really like this hotel, and it is in a great location for us, we paid for 3 nights even though we only stayed 2. We would like the option of just paying for a shorter stay, if that is what our need is.
