Good hotel to stay when visiting Boone, NC.

Liked: Cleanliness and location.
Disliked: Wish it had free breakfast.

Liked: I liked the closeness to where I needed to be the next morning.
Disliked: Unprofessional staff. I did not catch their names but two out of the three men there were VERY RUDE and weird.. I also did not like the sight of the pool area- by far the nastiest indoor pool I have ever seen.

Disliked: The front desk told me that to extend my stay another night I’d have to o through booking. Booking didn’t have option for extending another night so I made another booking and paid with the app. Then the front desk guy charged me again. When I talked to management they said oh it’s because I booked 2 rooms .. I explained I didn’t want 2 rooms and only did what the guy told me too . But paid for 2 . I’m very unhappy with booking and the language barrier between the hotel employee and myself as well as booking not willing to refund my money

Disliked: Heater in our room very noisy and woke us up several timesIce machine was not working
