Liked: We were attending a wedding at the Cloisters and stayed for 3 nights. Having the venue at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sheshu at reception and Jayne and Alpresh at breakfast. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times.

Disappointed

Disliked: Gluten free menu. I asked the waiter for a gluten free curry and I asked what could the nan bread be replaced with GF chips and this was allowed. When the meal was served up the gluten containing foods were served up as well on the same plate. I questioned this and the waitress said this is what the kitchen gave her. I tried to discuss the previous evening‘s meal with The customer relations manager the next morning but he kept on walking away from me to deal with other customers and direct them to their tables and I got so fed up trying to explain to him he obviously didn’t want to hear I just walked out. Later during my stay, I explained to The housekeeper manager and this issue was dealt with to my satisfaction.
