Itchy bedding

Liked: TBH it’s fineNo competition in Bolton town Centre Staff great
Disliked: Stayed here couple times before last year Last night I could not stop itching and slept very poorly.Room was baking despite turning radiator offLumpy pillows I don’t normally have skin any issues Have you changed laundry company? Anyone fed back.Was not great for my day ahead.Sorry guys

Slept very well, highly recommended!

Liked: Smooth welcoming check in, comfortable room & facilities. Room service & food very good.
Disliked: The only negative was no hairdryer in my room 217.

Horrible and should be refunded

Liked: Nothing? Didn’t sleep all night
Disliked: Room was cold and was told heating coming on, didn’t come onThe room was freezing, and complaints made 3 times during the night. Then room was changed 3am, didn’t sleep all night and spoilt working day after. Should be fully refunded
