Exceptional

Liked: Great location in London, close enough to the centre and right near Russell Square tube but quiet at night. Also felt very safe.Arrived in London early before check in but were able to leave our bags so we could go off and explore without taking them with us. Room was very clean, bed was a little soft to what I like but it was comfy and I only stayed for 1 night. The staff that we dealt with were all friendly, polite and helpful

Great hard working staff, perfect...

Liked: Location is excellent, super helpful to have the car park beneath. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It's a bit noisy outside, could do with better windows. The sofa bed isnt very comfy and a bit dangerous with all the metal sticking out for our young boys.

Liked: Location is great. 150 meters to piccadilly line.
Disliked: It was out of their control but in first day there was no hot water due to work out on the street.
