Liked: We were able to check in an hour early. It was so nice to be able to sit and relax for a while before meeting friends. The hotel restaurant was so accommodating and our meals were very good. The bed was comfortable.

Our stay was pleasant.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: We showed up at 11:15 pm to checkin. We had to go find the front desk guy as he was sitting watching TV in the lounge. Nothing to eat as it was a holiday the next day and the restaurant was closed.

Disliked: Whistling noise all night bathroom air exchange/ fan. Can't open window, huge room, wasted space. Coffee in desk area in AM very good, then to have to walk over several feet to restaurant and pay for weak coffee. Seemed silly and cheap of hotel. Breakfast high price. Should offer at very least rolls and fruit with lobby coffee for price. Lots of money on decor, less for guests comfort.Throw us a bone, day old donut, roll, something. Criminy Restaurant breakfast server very nice. Felt bad for him, food was not hot, kind of mediocre, was not aware breakfast was not part of stay. At very least offer free beverages. Coffee not hot in pot.
