Liked: Got there after booking and was told booking.com.had be advised not to keep selling rooms and after that was told 1st come first serve yet I had booked and had travelled from Manchester..I queried. There offered me a single bed yet I had booked a double. I refused I was there offered a room.went there the room.and bed was unmade dirty and still had people's belongings, if I was a thief I could have stolen things. Went back and this time round it wasn't the black girl twas what I pressure was the manager. Bad experience and customer services
Disliked: Bad customer services , rooms , been sent up.and down to rooms with other pples belongings and dirty

GOOD EXAMPLE OF POOR COMPANY...

Liked: All was OK check in was slow not a great choice on restaurant menu food only average .payed upfront for everything in bar area requested 2 coffees it was quite in bar but took 20 min to come and was in cardboard refused to have coffee served like this didn't ask for take away bartender told me that's all they had I requested a refund as I wasn't informed of the situation at time of purchase was given sheet of A4 paper which they said it was only way to get a refund company policy and said it would take 5 to 10 days to process asked to see duty manager who took over 10 min to respond then he started putting a report together on computer another 5 min then went in back several minutes later came out with similar paper all filled in and then processed refund on card machine about 45 minutes of my life wasted by poorly trained Staff thank you Holiday inn For the poorest example of customer service for the simplest of tasks if anyone from ihg reads this please let me know your response .ps won't hold my breath

Nice room, poor facilities

Liked: Room was nice. However TV WIFI didn’t work couldn’t watched the Netflix or any TV.Sauna and pool hygiene was disgusting, very dirty and dated. Grime everywhere and felt very uncomfortable when using the facilities

Disliked: How far rooms were and when scrolling on tv none of the site history had been cleared and I didn’t need too see what the previous people or person was watching (PORN)
