Comfortable but could have been...

Liked: It was well set out and comfortable
Disliked: The evening meal choice wasn’t very good so we had to eat out. The room was cold

Liked: The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Good value for money.
Disliked: Electricity points were not by bedside, difficult to charge phones etc..Was quite confusing getting onto chapel road from motorway slip road. However there were roadworks so likely temporary.

Liked: Everything you expect from a holiday inn.
Disliked: I had asked for early check in and had confirmation it was arranged. When I got to the hotel only an hour earlier than normal check in I was told I couldn't access the room yet. When I explained I had checked ahead of time due to needing to be at an event the woman was quite rude and unhelpful. And I still had to wait 40 minutes making me late.
