Holiday Inn Birmingham City, Birmingham

Stayed one night to go and see Billy Elliot at the Hippodrome. Really close to the theatre and station. Large choice of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Central location and close to the theatre. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing bad at all.

Had everything we could have asked for - bath robes, refreshments, TV, bathroom essentials, comfy beds, HUGE mirrors, heating, a bath. Everything was GREAT!

Liked: Everything else was amazing! Felt like a princess, everything was beautiful!
Disliked: Being on the 9th floor - VERY loud winds.

I would go back again and stay. I prefer the Holiday Inn to most other hotels.

Liked: Nobody bothered us whilst there and the room was nice and the windows opened so it was really nice.
Disliked: The attitude of the head of cleaning - he was very rude upon leaving the hotel. He came into my room uninvited because he saw my boyfriend and his friend talking whilst I had the door open and the cleaner was tidying my room. When I asked why he was stood there staring at us, he had an attitude and said something about the welfare of the cleaner?

Had a lovely stay at this hotel while visiting for a gig in the city. Nice large, clean room with a lovely clean bathroom and shower. As the check out was 12 it would have been nice to have had a lie in after a late night, but struggled due to poor double glazing and sound proofing from noisy main road. But generally a good stay.

Disliked: The bed was hard I got sore hips Traffic noise although I saw in morning that they could’ve provided ear plugs

Liked: The hotel was decorated with a modern and fresh look. The room was nicely laid out and was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and diligent throughout.
Disliked: No I was very happy with my stay.

Liked: I always love the cosy and inviting vibe whenever I stay here! From the moment Kareena helped me check in to when I checked out, the customer service was excellent. Every team member really goes the extra mile to make sure everything feels perfect. I want to give a big shoutout to Shesh, Ashley, and Patrycja from the bar and restaurant—they were fantastic! The Room and food - an evening meal of Chicken Schnitzel and breakfast - were super delicious and really made my stay even better. I also loved having the convenience of USB connections at the switched socket outlets. I can’t wait to come back!
Disliked: I have to wait until the next visit to enjoy the hospitality.

Liked: The room was a bit small but comfortable. Did not sleep very well because of noise by other guest.The location was ideal for the event which we attended. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Guest must recognize the needs of others, some were too noisy
