Disliked: Additional cost of £29.90 for breakfast which I thought was included.

Liked: The pool and sauna are great.
Disliked: The reception was pandemonium when I arrived. A guest was shoplifting and angry due to his car being stolen from the property. Staff didn't have the time for me. They didn't give me proper instructions to get to my room even. I went to the var when it finally quietened and had to wait 10 mins for a drink and 40mins for a bowl of hummus and dry stale bread. While I waited and tried to get on with some emails I had to listen to a horrible argument between two staff members. It was all rather more stressful than my last visit.

Excellent location and VFM for...

Liked: Room better than expected, food excellent (plenty of choice). Staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: Medium steak could have been a little more cooked (it was a bit red inside) but edible.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff friendly and extremely helpful also free airport transfers throughout the day to and from airport

Great hotel with great facilities

Liked: Great location near the airport and NEC. Shuttle bus was great too getting us to and from the hotel. Beds were super comfy
Disliked: Jacuzzi spa under repair
