We had a great time when we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Binghamton; across the street from the Maines Arena where we saw Ringo Starr!

Liked: Room, bed, shower, restaurant were wonderful!
Disliked: Nothing was even less than good!

Thought the place was very clean. Went to a concert at Broome County Arena and it was right across the street. Will definitely stay there again.

Liked: Restaurant had great food for breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is decent to access major roadways. Clean rooms. During my first visit I had been moved to a more updated room with a very comfortable mattress. I woke up refreshed even though I only slept for about 5 hrs.
Disliked: I stayed few different nights as I passed through for a business trip. The rates were different for a similar room but less quality during my second stay. As the front desk didn’t honor my request to book for the same rate as the previous front desk agent had given me only few days prior, I got a cheaper rate through Booking.com. I didn’t enjoy my room the second stay as I did first. Fist night the thermostat for heat didn’t work properly and it was very cold, so I had to move at 1:30 am after having arrived at midnight. The room they moved me to was wonderful. Very comfortable bed! The second time I stayed at this location was few nights later. The room I was given had very warn out carpets and bed wasn’t comfortable, the mattress needs updating. I was too tired to move to the other bed which I assumed would feel same if in same room..I woke up achy. I’ll be passing through Binghamton soon again. Hopefully the rate and room experience would be as good as the first night I stayed at this hotel.
