Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that they were overbooked and didn’t have a room available—without any prior warning. They suggested we go to their partner hotel, which was fine with us, so we went. However, when we got there, the staff had no idea we were coming and said we’d have to pay again. On top of that, the original hotel staff was very rude and didn’t even let me speak or explain my concerns. The whole experience was terrible; if they’d informed us beforehand, we would have simply found another hotel. It was completely unprofessional

Liked: Nice and helpful staff. Big clean room. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Big parking, possibility to charge the electric car. Good internet.
Disliked: The water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold, especially for small children.
