Very ok hotel , location...

Liked: Great location Free of charge minibar
Disliked: The WiFi was horrible almost no connection inside the room this made the whole experience very negative .Only 1 elevator was active so each time you want to use the elevator you will have to wait 2-3 minutes and morning can wait for 5 minutes to the elevator.Very small bed covers it’s for single bed and the use 2 at the queen is bed first time to see this kind of thing in hotel

Liked: Steps to East Side Gallery and easy access to S-Bahn, U-Bahn and trams. It is also close to the East Side Mall and many types of restaurants. The room is clean with comfy beds. The staff were excellent.

Liked: A beautiful, well-located hotel ( near many clubs, city center and a lot of other things).All the staff are elegant, courteous, available, kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, ....The list is too long: they are all just perfect !The reception, the catering, the maintenance, ...This establishment truly has exceptional employees !The room was clean, you could smell the good smell of good cleaning products.Very comfortable, practical and pleasant. Lots of equipment available: you will not lack anything !But they explain that if you need something more, they can make it available to you !I don't know what else we could need but they can do it !Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo from the Dove brand !A plus that makes a big difference !Don't hesitate, here it's quality at reasonable prices and you will never be disappointed !Of course, I am a respectful person and it is important to always be so so that others are.I don't speak German and not very good English but they have always been patient, attentive, helpful and full of consideration for me.A big THANK YOU to all the staff !It's important to recognize such talented staff !It's very rare, so they need to be rewarded better than others !
