Great location but everything else...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: I booked a double room and the duvet on the bed was for a single bed. I asked reception and they looked at me like I was weird asking for a duvet to fit the bed. I had 2 different reservations and the staff on check in said I could keep the same room etc. then after one day my key stopped working. I left a dnd on my door as didn’t want staff to enter but they removed the sign and did. Then the day of check out, drilling and Hammering from a room close by was so loud and woke me up. Really uncomfortable and disappointing stay. Not sure I’d stay again

Liked: Great location to where I needed to be. Lots in the area and also great to visit the Berlin Wall.
Disliked: I booked a double room and the duvet on the bed was for a single bed. I asked reception and they looked at me like I was weird asking for a duvet to fit the bed. I had 2 separate reservations and was told I did t need to move room and the key would work, after 1 day it stopped working. I asked no staff to enter my room (and left a DND on the door); it was removed and staff entered. Also on check out day, there was loud hammering, drilling and work being done on rooms close by.Wasn’t the best stay to say the least

Clean and comfortable hotel in...

Liked: Hotel was conveniently located, modern and clean
Disliked: The staff members when we booked in were not particularly friendly and made us feel we were perhaps not good enough to be staying at the hotel - the checkout staff member was absolutely lovely and very helpful. No fridge in room and window looked out on some site whose vehicles all set off very early in the morning (see picture).
