Ice and snow entrance both days - not even an attempt to clean or salt entrance - very slippery!

Liked: Beds.
Disliked: Dirty shower.

Bad

Disliked: Pool was down the lady at the desk was rude the shower was filthy

Liked: Was close to stores
Disliked: That breakfast wasn’t included considering how much we spend on the rooms and the pool wasn’t available. This was the whole reason I booked with this hotel

I don't recommend this hotel...

Liked: It looked nothing like the picture that I tried to get the room for Valentine's Day for my girl it was dirty sheets were messed up and stained for some reason the alarm in the room was set off about had a heart attack for the price I paid I would never stay in that hotel again I'm very upset and I will recommend no one staying there I'm very very upset
Disliked: I didn't like anything I'm very upset there was no snacks no drinks room was filthy sheets were stained the other bed felt like it was going to break the alarm was set off about had a heart attack we did not have a pleasant stay
