Ice and snow entrance both days - not even an attempt to clean or salt entrance - very slippery!

Family oriented and amazing

Liked: The staff was AMAZING they were so nice that it made me just want to continue staying and they were super helpful and understanding they were a great group of women and I will definitely have Holiday inn be my main hotel I stay at from now on they were so understanding of my toddlers

Exceptional

Liked: I booked the room in advance and selected 1 bed but soon realized I would need 2. They were happy to accommodate my needs when I requested a different room. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working. Other then that this place was perfect. Quiet and Clean.
