Felt safe, staff was very...

Liked: Seemed safe.
Disliked: Room 417 heard the elevator squeak at all hours of the night. At departure did inform the staff in hopes the next guest does not experience the same.

Disappointed mostly about the pool...

Liked: Clean. Convenient and decent location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious food. Laid back but upscale ambiance also yet affordable.
Disliked: The indoor pool is “closed for the season” along with the outdoor pool which was understandable because its February. One laundry room for 5 floors and it’s “not serviceable” at this time. I wish those things had been better conveyed beforehand as I chose this hotel specifically for those 2 reasons. The carpet could use a spot shampoo due to a couple spills from a previously inconsiderate guest.

Disliked: Ice machine didn’t work on all the floors had to go to another floor just for ice
